SINGLE COMPONENT CEMENT BASED GROUT CONTAINS POLYMER FOR ADDED STRENGTH

AREAS OF APPLICATION

To fill voids between ceramic tiles upto 5mm thickness ideal to use for bathroom (floor and walls) swimming pool, etc. prevents ingress of water through the joint.

GROUT PREPARATION

Add 1 Kg of grout to 300 to 350 ml of potable water to form a uniform lump free paste – if required, mix the appropriate colour to the white grout.

    Application Process:
  • Ensure that the grout joins are free of dirt, debris or tile spacers
  • Remove any excess water from the joints
  • Surface should be damp before the application of the grout
  • Fill up the joints by hand or by proper instrument
  • Remove excess grout with the help of a rubber float or sponge with diagonal movement
  • Perform final clean out to remove grout haze within 12-24 hours
    Shelf Life and storage:
  • Store at cool & dry place
    CAUTION
  • Before grouting, please ensure that the tiles are firmly set and adhesive is cured
  • Apply the material within 30 minutes of mixing with water
  • In case of exterior joints avoid exposure to rain/sun for at least 24 hours
